Womens thigh high boots

Good evening or buona sera as they say on the catwalks in Italy. You have now entered the world of Thigh High Boots, a world of fashion and beauty, and of course everything under sun about womens thigh high boots!

First a bit of background, thigh high boots, or thigh boots, as the name implies are boots that extend above the knees and up to the thigh. There are also other synonyms that mean the same, like over the knee boots (OTK boots) and thigh length boots, but you will know what I mean when I am talking about it, because that is all this site will be about.

As you will see when you follow this blog, thigh high boots come in all kinds of shapes and colors. You have the black thigh high boots (my favorite), red, white, plus size, cheap thigh high boots, expensive, you name it, I will write about them here!

With all kinds of clothing, thigh boots also increase and decrease in popularity depending on the season. For 2009 though women’s thigh high boots really had a strong year. Several large design houses included thigh boots in their 2009 collection, including Louis Vuitton, Halston, Gucci, Celine and Alexander McQueen, just to name a few.

So we know these boots are highly popular, and have been declared a fashion trend for the years to come. But what exactly is so fascinating with these shoes? Well, I can only speak for my self and say that my passion first started early 2009. I have always loved ankle high and knee high boots, and just love these thigh highs even more. As I mentioned, black thigh high boots are my favorite. Not the “spandex” leather kind…

Here are a few of my favorite high thigh boots at the moment. I say “at the moment” because I seem to have a new favorite each week.
